Imperial Grande Resort - Lonavala

During my Christmas break, I stayed at a hotel that offered excellent service and delicious food. The hotel's restaurant had a variety of dishes that were both tasty and affordable. Additionally, the hotel was located in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it a great spot to unwind and relax. One more thing that I enjoyed about the hotel was the friendly staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable.

The hotel's room was quite old and in need of renovation. The bed was uncomfortable, and the room was not well maintained. Additionally, the swimming pool had algae deposition at the bottom of it, which made it uninviting. Despite the drawbacks, the hotel's staff tried their best to provide excellent service and overcome the challenges presented by the lack of maintenance. although the hotel had its drawbacks, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent service and delicious food offered by the hotel.

The food at Imperial Grande Resort was delicious. I still remember the mouthwatering flavors and the variety of dishes that were available. The chefs really know their craft and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. I would highly recommend this hotel.

the location was convenient, with easy access to transportation services and nearby shopping centers. the room was clean and well maintained with a comfortable bed and a bathroom that had an exhaust fan, hot water, and basic toiletries. the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast, which was tasty and filling. the room had a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, which made for a great start to the day. the facility also had a well-equipped gym, which was a plus.

One negative aspect I came across was the limited availability of on-site restaurant options for dinner.

Not obvious to find. The hotel was well-maintained and we did not encounter any major issues.
